Returns

At World Art Stamps, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.

To help us process your request, please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are available only in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Damaged items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If the same item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative solution or a refund.

Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

Many of our stamps are available in different versions (such as perforated or imperforated). The version shipped will always correspond to the option selected when placing the order.
