Purchases
Purchases on our site are valid only with registered and connected clients.
In addition to the price of products or batches, you will have to pay shipping costs, which are listed on the order page (basket) where you have to confirm and pay your order.

You may be subject to rights and duties that will be collected at reception in your country. All these additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility.
The default and regular mode of transport is the priority mail with receipt notice.
Terms of delivery
Orders are delivered only after receipt of full payment.
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by yourself according to your personal data given at registration.
We ship (convey at the postage service or other ways of transport) all orders paid between one and ten days. We are not responsible for delays of postage service or other carriers, or delays caused by customs or other intermediaries.
Returns
Returns are not accepted except error from us. In case of error, if the return is from a country outside the EU, please contact us for special instructions before posting any article.
